ABOUT
IAFF Local 3566 is a non-bargaining union that was established in February 1994 with the goal of providing assistance to the firefighters of Loveland Fire Department (now known as Loveland Fire Rescue Authority). While the union now has over 55 members, the goals and mission of Local 3566 have remained the same.
Local 3566 is committed to our community, our department as well as our members and their families. Without the support of our members, a large portion of what we are able to accomplish as a group would not be possible. We are forever grateful for the contributions that our members have made toward each other as well as to the community.
Local 3566 promises to continue assistance to our firefighters during times of distress, injury, and times of financial need. In the unforeseen event of a firefighter fatality, Local 3566 remains committed to ensure that all means are available to provide assistance to the family as well as the investigation process.
Recognizing that our firefighters and their families are our greatest assets, we strive to provide educational opportunities and financial opportunities through the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF). This is all done in an effort to make sure that everyone goes home and has the means to enjoy their time both at home and at work.
Local 3566 is grateful for members of our community and their generous support and assistance in providing funding and volunteer opportunities in which our members are able to contribute. We will continue to strive to provide excellent firefighters for our organization with the end result being incredible service to our community.
